These Terms govern your use of khashayaryaghma.ir and its related products — including the courses section and XerxesAI. All of these products share a single sign-in and account system, and these Terms also govern any other product or website I (Khashayar Yaghma) launch in the future using this same account system, unless separate terms are published for that product. By using these services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the services.
This includes the portfolio/personal website (khashayaryaghma.ir), the programming courses section (which mostly links to content published on other platforms), and XerxesAI, a conversational AI assistant. These services share a single sign-in system, meaning that signing in to one keeps you signed in to the others. Services may change, be added, or be discontinued over time; we try to communicate material changes, but there is no guarantee that any specific feature will remain available permanently.
The website also has a software-development services page (khashayaryaghma.ir/services/development), where you can describe a project and send me a request. Submitting a request is only an inquiry: it does not create a contract or any obligation on either side, does not guarantee that I will accept it or reply by a given time, and the budget and timeline options on the form are indicative only. Any actual work — including its scope, price, schedule, payment, and ownership of deliverables — is governed only by a separate written agreement between us. Sending a request also does not, by itself, create a confidentiality (NDA) obligation or transfer any rights in your ideas; I will use what you send only to evaluate and answer your request, but please do not include secrets or confidential material until we have agreed on how to handle it.
The website also has a site assistant (an “Ask a question” chat in the floating help menu) that answers questions about this website’s content — such as the portfolio, courses, services and how to contact me. It is an automatic AI tool, not a person: its answers are informational only, may be wrong or incomplete, and are not an offer, a price quote, a promise, an agreement, or legal, financial or professional advice. Anything that matters — scope, price, timing, ownership — is valid only if confirmed with me directly (for example through the contact form) and, for actual work, in a separate written agreement. The assistant may be limited, paused or switched off at any time without notice.
You must be at least 13 years old to use these services. If you are between 13 and 18, you must use them under the supervision or with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Some features (such as chatting and keeping history on XerxesAI) require you to sign in with your Google account.
You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for any activity that takes place through it.
Any information you provide when registering for or using the services must be accurate and your own.
If you notice unauthorized use of your account, please contact us as soon as possible.
You may request deletion of your account at any time from the account page; details are in the Privacy Policy.
When using the services, especially XerxesAI, you agree not to:
Use the services for any illegal, harmful, abusive activity, or one that infringes the rights of others.
Attempt to bypass system security, circumvent usage limits, or access other users’ data without authorization.
Upload or generate content that infringes someone else’s intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights — including uploading other people’s private images, or recording and sending their voice, without their permission.
Use the AI to produce content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or that violates the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Use automated tools (bots, scripts, and the like) for bulk use or abuse of the services without my written permission.
Try to manipulate or misuse the site assistant — for example by trying to make it ignore its rules, reveal its instructions, or answer about things unrelated to this website — or to get around its usage limits or its bot checks.
Use the AI to create images or voice content that falsely depicts real people (for example, fake photos or impersonation meant to deceive), that sexualizes or harms minors, or that is intended to harass, defame, or threaten anyone.
Violating this section may result in your access being limited or terminated without prior notice, as described in section 10.
XerxesAI’s replies, images, and speech-to-text transcriptions are generated automatically with the help of AI models from external services and may at times be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or outdated, even when they sound confident. They are not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise), should not be relied on in an emergency, and should not be the basis for important decisions without independent verification. You are responsible for any decision or action taken based on them. XerxesAI’s responses do not represent my personal opinion or advice.
The site assistant’s answers are generated automatically from this website’s content with the help of an external AI model service. They can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date even when they sound confident; the pages of this website, the Privacy Policy and these Terms are always the authoritative source, and the assistant does not interpret them. Do not rely on the assistant for important decisions without checking the relevant page or asking me directly.
If you leave memory on, XerxesAI may save short notes about you that it creates automatically from your messages and use them in its answers. These notes can be wrong or out of date; check them from time to time and delete them, or switch memory off, if you prefer. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Images created by XerxesAI may contain visual errors, garbled text, or unintended resemblance to real people, brands, or existing works, and they are not checked in advance. Review them before publishing or using them commercially; you are responsible for how you use them, including any third-party rights they may touch.
I do not claim ownership of the outputs you receive; however, since outputs may resemble those given to others, their uniqueness or freedom from legal issues (such as third-party intellectual property rights) is not guaranteed.
You are solely responsible for what you do with these services: the questions and instructions you give XerxesAI, the text, images, and voice recordings you send, the images you ask it to create, and how you use, share, or rely on anything you receive. You are also responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you and for the consequences of the actions you take in, or because of, the services.
I do my best to keep the services safe, fair, and reliable — for example through usage limits, technical safeguards, and removing content or restricting accounts when I become aware of abuse. These efforts are made in good faith and on a best-effort basis; they are not a guarantee. I cannot review everything in advance and I do not fully control what users ask or what the AI answers, so I am not responsible for users’ content or actions, or for outputs that turn out to be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, if your use of the services breaches these Terms or the law and causes a claim, complaint, or loss to me or to a third party, you are responsible for it.
XerxesAI is currently free to use and, for that reason, comes with limits — including the number of messages per minute and per day, the number of images that can be created per day, the number of images you can upload per day for analysis, the number of memory notes kept, the number and total duration of voice messages that can be transcribed (per minute and per day), image storage size, message length, and recording size. These limits may change at any time without prior notice. Speed, quality, and availability of the services (especially when the capacity of the external services behind them runs out) are also not guaranteed, and the services may be slowed or interrupted temporarily (for example, image analysis may be paused for a while when the daily capacity of the external service behind it runs out). The site assistant on khashayaryaghma.ir has its own limits as well — the number of questions per minute and per day for each visitor and network, a site-wide daily ceiling, and a maximum question length — and may be unavailable at any time.
Online purchases and paid subscriptions are not currently enabled on these services. If online payment is introduced in the future, payments will be processed through a licensed bank payment gateway. Pricing, validity period, and refund terms for each product will be stated on that product’s page at the time of purchase and form part of these Terms. Prices may change in the future; a price change does not affect purchases already made. Development projects are not paid for through this website: if we agree on a project, payment terms are set out in the separate agreement between us.
The design, course content, code, and branding of these websites belong to Khashayar Yaghma and may not be redistributed, copied, or used commercially without written permission. Content you submit yourself, such as chat messages, remains yours; by sending it, you grant a limited, non-exclusive license for it to be processed, stored, and — to the extent necessary and in line with the Privacy Policy — reviewed, in order to provide, secure, and improve these services, including sending it to the AI and storage providers named in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the legal right to any content you upload or submit.
These websites may link to other sites and platforms (such as YouTube or educational platforms) or make use of external services (such as Google and AI providers). Those sites and services have their own terms and policies, and their content, availability, and behavior are outside my control.
If you violate these Terms, your access to the services may be limited or suspended, temporarily or permanently; in cases of clear abuse or risk to the system or other users, this may happen without prior notice. You may also stop using the services at any time by requesting account deletion under the Privacy Policy. If a paid subscription is introduced, canceling it is subject to that product’s refund terms and does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund.
These services are provided “as is” and “as available,” with no warranty — express or implied — of error-free operation, accuracy of AI outputs, permanent retention of data, or uninterrupted availability; it is therefore advisable to keep a separate copy of anything valuable to you. I may take backups of the database from time to time to protect against data loss, but this is a precaution, not a commitment: I do not guarantee that any backup exists, is complete, or can be restored. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect, consequential, or data-loss damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the services. In any case, my liability for a given paid service is limited to the amount you paid for that service in the preceding 12 months, and for free services it is likewise limited to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the services will, if not resolved through negotiation, fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid by a competent authority, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
These Terms may be updated from time to time — including to cover new products added to this shared account system. Continued use of the services after changes are published means you accept the new version; if you do not accept them, you should stop using the services.
